General Description

Vibration table is mainly used for sand compaction in molding and casting process. There are fixed vibration table and mobile vibration table according to the different types of wire. Fixed vibration table is suitable for automatic or semi-automatic casting line, while mobile vibration table is adapted to the easy shuttle casting line. Our company can design and manufacture different sizes of vibration table based on the productivity and demands.
Single dimensional vibration table is designed for compacting unbonded sand or bonded sand which has good mobility in the vertical direction , the two synchronous reverse operation motor produce the linear striking force. The vibration force will be transferred to sand box and bonded sand by worktable, which makes high-frequency low-amplitude vibration, and the bonded sand will be make relative motion, thus bonded sand is compacted evenly.
