1. Basic Information
Introduction: Good quality thermal insulation ladle with cover is mainly used for keeping temperature before pouring operation after receiving the liquid metal from the blast furnace, then transported to the mould site to pouring. (1) The proportion of diameter and height of ladle is reasonable, so increase contact time with spheroidizing
agent, increase the absorption rate of spheroidizing agent , and the spheroidizing effect is stable.
(2) The ladle shell is larger than national industry standard---Good thermal insulation effect
(3) The gearbox has been improved with reference to the Japanese technology.
It becomes much more portable, durable and easy to maintain after modified.
(4) The turbine is equipped with aluminum-bronze gear, worm is by modulated No.45 Steel,
which is very durable. Its one-stage speed ratio is big, has good self-locking function.
(5) Ladle rod is forward integral cut using Q235 steel plate from by Jinan Steel or Laiwu Steel,
has pasted 10 times tension test, to ensure the safety.
(6) Each side of the ladle rod is equipped with a labyrinth protection plate
to prevent iron beans from splashing onto the bearing.---Long service life
(7) Safety clip is special designed, which is easy to operate and safe.
(8) All parts are CNC machined, with precise dimensions and strong interchangeability
(9) Supply professional third party UV inspection to guarantee the safety of the ladle.
