Electric furnace charging system introduction
Electric furnace charging system includes electric furnace charging car and electromagnetic sucker.
The magnetic sucker weighs the material and puts it into the charging car, which adds the material to the electric furnace
Working mode:
Using electromagnetic suction material, according to the PLC formula input control suction magnetic force, automatic accurate accumulation of ingredients, batch by batch automatic compensation, out of tolerance automatic alarm, batch by batch print record various ingredients parameters, wireless digital transmission weighing, signal batching speed, average batching speed 12-18 seconds, can store 10 kinds of common materials list. Each unit can be equipped with 5 kinds of materials (such as pig iron, return charge, scrap steel, etc.).
The charging vehicle will add the hopper to the electric furnace. 1. Longitudinal movable feeding trolley
Every furnace is equipped with a material feeding trolley, longitudinally moving and feedingm each furnace feeding independently.

One trolley is only responsible for feeding one furnace.
Several furnaces shall be in operation all together at the same time with no affects to each other.
Disadvantages: Cost much at first time. This way is in common use.
2. Lateral movable feeding trolley
The feeding trolley can move laterally to feed two or more electric furnaces.
