General Description

Foundry ladle  is mainly used for pouring operation after receiving the liquid metal from furnace,then transported to the moulding site to pouring.

Tilting type steel  ladle use reduction gearbox ,safe and reliable, worm gear is aluminium bronze QAL9-4, worm rod with 45# steel quenching. Precision machining, reasonable design,avoding"kowtow" phenomenon during pouring, Adding with special spray proof equipment, efficiently avoid iron water spraying into the gear box. Now all the ladles realize production  line : CNC cutting,CNC welding, special machining,unified standard accessories and professional installation 

Tilting type Steel ladle allow people to casting through titling the ladle and pouring. It is a good method for a steel ladle to operate in this way.
