Steel Ladle car is our company's new electric trail car based on independent research and customer's requirements. It is specially used for molten steel transporting when molding or casting. It is also can be used as transport vehicles for refining furnace in each process.
Heat resistantce ladle transfer cart is powered by battery. The battery is fitted in the inner of the cart. The direct-current machine gets its power from the electric control system, which make the cart to start, stop, move forward and move backward. It could run on straight line, L-form track or curved track. We can also fit hydraulic lifting system if needed. The heat insulating material is used to prevent the high temperature. In case to handle emergency situations, two motors are assemlied in the car to make sure the machine works smoothly when one motor is broken.
