Product Advantages
1)The ladle shell is larger than national industry standard.
2) The reduction box refers to Japan's technology, is much more portable, durable and easy to maintain after modified.
3) The turbine is equipped with aluminum-bronze gear, worm is by modulated No.45 Steel, which is very durable. Its one-stage speed ratio is big, has the function of self-locking.
4) Ladle rod is forward integral cut using Q235 steel plate from by Jinan Steel or Laiwu Steel, has pasted 10 times tension test, to ensure the safety.
5) Each side of the ladle rod is equipped with a labyrinth protection plate to prevent iron beans from splashing onto the bearing.
6) Safety clip is special designed, which is easy to operate and safe.
