INTRODUCTION OF PRODUCTS:
1. Basic Information
Foundry ladle is mainly used for pouring operation after receiving the liquid metal from blast furnace or electric furnace, then transported to the mould site to pouring.
Our foundry ladle gear use worm gear,safe and reliable, worm gear tooth with bronze worm, worm rod with 45# steel quenching. Precision machining, reasonable design,avoiding"kowtow" phenomenon during pouring, Adding with special spray proof equipment, efficiently avoid iron water spraying into the gear box. Now all the ladles realize line production : CNC cutting,CNC welding, special machining,unified standard accessories and professional installation
With the long nozzle, it is very convenient for pouring and safe for operating , and even good for removing slags from ladles,
so the liquid metal in the ladle would be more cleaner.
2. Advantages:
(1) The ladle shell is larger than national industry standard.
(2) The gearbox has been improved with reference to the Japanese technology.
It becomes much more portable, durable and easy to maintain after modified.
(3) The turbine is equipped with aluminum-bronze gear, worm is by modulated No.45 Steel,
which is very durable. Its one-stage speed ratio is big, has good self-locking function.
(4) Ladle rod is forward integral cut using Q235 steel plate from by Jinan Steel or Laiwu Steel,
has pasted 10 times tension test, to ensure the safety.
(5) Each side of the ladle rod is equipped with a labyrinth protection plate to prevent iron beans from splashing onto the bearing.
(6) Safety clip is special designed, which is easy to operate and safe.
(7) All parts are CNC machined, with precise dimensions and strong interchangeability
(8) Supply professional third party UV inspection to guarantee the safety of the ladle.
