INTRODUCTION:
1.Main components:
The ladle heater is composed of following components, lift frame, high pressure fan, combustion device, ladle cover, natural gas, air supplying system, lift system, adjusting system, pressure monitoring system, fire monitoring system, temperature monitoring system, safety protection system, electronic instrument control system, movable trolley. The controling valves and pipelines are gathered in the pipeline box fixed at one side of the machine. It makes the equipment looks neat and good.
1.1 Lift frame:The structure frame is made of profile steel. Triangle truss structure is applied. The bottom plate is fixed on the floor by the pre-embedding bolt Φ24. This can make the equipment runs stable without vibration.
1.2 Lift system:The ladle cover lifting is achieved through the rotating movement of the connecting chain, The chain gear is driven by the reducer.
1.3 Combustion principle:The fuel gas and oxidizing air through the seperate pipeline are mixed together, then ejected out for combustion. It do help to achieve the best mixing effect by enlarging the contact area between the feul gas and oxidizing air. It makes the feul gas burning effectively and also do help to improve the fire intensity and projecting speed. The hot burning flow is ejected to the bottom of the ladle. The material of the burner nozzle is stainless steel.The service time of it is 2years.
1.4 Oxidizing Air supply and control system:Air supply system is composed of high pressure fan, flexibility connection, manual regulating valve, capsule pressure gauge, pressure switch,action regulating valves and etc. It can be regulated manually and automatically.
1.5 Gas supply and control system:This system is composed of manual regulating valve, filter device, capsule pressure gauge, pressure switch, Air and feul gas proportion valve, magnetic valve. When the grid is off, the feul gas pressure varies sharply, and the automatic extinguish and other accident occurs, the feul gas shall be locked for protection.
1. 6 Temperature measurement and display system:This system is composed by thermal couple and display thermometer. The heated ladle temperature is monitored dynamicly through the whole process
1.7 Flame monitoring system:The fire monitor is mounted on the heater. It help monitor the fire combustion situation at proper time. If ignition failure, extinguish, ignition miss, the alarm will be sent out immediatly. The feedback signal is sent out to activate the protection system.
2.Electronic, Instrument, Mechanical Control System
2.1 Electronic, Instrument, Mechanical control cabinet:According to the power consumption of the electronic device, instrument and machine, the power supply is arranged properly. The classfied circuit is protected against short circuit and overload. The power shall be supplied to guanrantee the normal running of the electronic, instrument and mechanical devices.
2.2 Control system:This equipment can be operated manually by the device fixed to the side of the machine which can control its on and off. Electronic ignition is applied. In consideration of the initial temeprature, target temeprature and the heating time, the heating equipment is set on. The fire combustion state can be adjusted by the air regulating valve and feul gas regulating valve.Safety protection device is fixed on the equipment. According to different working conditions, the heating time is set up and controlled by the time control device.
2.3 Flow measurement and display system:
The system includes flow gauge and flow totalizer. The instaneous flow rate and accumulated flow value will be showed on the device
3.Start operation illustration
3.1Operation before setup: The main power supply is connected to the electronic cabinet. The natural gas pressure in the pipeline to the ladle heater is 0.008MPa.
3.2Cover lift on/off operation: The cover lifting up and down is achieved through the electronic control cabinet at the side of the machine after connecting to the main power source. The coresponding indicator light is shining on.
3.3Start Operation
3.3.1The main power source is supplied to the machine through the electronic control cabinet.
3.3.2The cover is lifted up, then the ladle would be put at proper position. After that, the cover drops to a proper position to cover the ladle.
3.3.3Start the air supply fan, the coresponding procedure is normal with the indicator light on.
3.3.4Turn on the main ball valve and branch small ball valve. Turn the control system into a automatic state to achieve the ignition.
3.3.5Two minutes after the air supply fan is on, please start the main magnetic valve. Press the ignition button. If the igniton is failed in 10 seconds, please press the ignition button in the black control box.
3.3.5Set up the temeprature instrument. The expecting temeprature is set at 950. When testing value of the temperature instrument in the ladle is 30-50 lower than the set temeprature, the Al1 will send out temeprature alarm.
3.3.6Inspect the fire, regulate the valve to adjust the fire.
3.4 Turn off operation: At first turn off the main magnetic valve, half an hour later turn off the air supply fan and draught fan(to avoid the heat reversely flow to destroy the equipment). Then turn off the feul gas branch ball valve and main ball valve. Through the control cabinet at the side of the machine, we can turn off the fire and lift up the cover. Then the ladle is moved out, the cover drops down. Then turn every button to an off position. Turn off the main power.

Could apply to all kind of gas containing coke oven,converter, furnace, blast furnace, mixed gas and natural gas, light diesel,etc.
