INTRODUCTION OF PRODUCTS:
A spheroidizing ladle is the container in which the spheroidizing reaction takes place.Nodular agent and molten iron react in the spheroidizing ladle, the molten iron is nodulated, and ductile iron is obtained after casting.
For adequate spheroidization, the diameter and height of the packet must be properly designed. During the treatment of hot metal nodularization, the contact time with nodulating agent is increased, the absorption rate of nodulating agent is improved, and the nodulating effect is stable.
