Ladle pre-heater in vacuum casting line is an important part in iron and steel production.
Heating ladle before transfer the molten metal, could keep the temperature of the molten metal to avoild heat loss due to low temperature ladle with respect to the hot molten metal, which a good way to ensure the quality of steel/iron castings.

1. Siemens products are used for the main electrical components.
2. Use the program controller to control the automatic ignition, equipped with the ignition detector, if ignits fail, ignition detector will automatically alarm and close the gas electromagnetic valve. Controller uses the United States KROM brand
3. Size can be adjusted automatically
3.1 Fire size can be automatically controlled by electric actuator, which is HENGDA brand in Taiwan
3.2 Baking temperature can be set freely. In the automatic state, the high fire is baked automatically.
After reach the high temperature, keep warm with soft fire.
3.3 Equipped with air-burn proportional valve, so low fire can be adjusted to a very low fire
4. Equipped with a gas leak alarm, it will alarm if there is any pipeline leakage, and cut off the gas electromagnetic valve, to avoid accidents occur.
5. The gas pipe is equipped with a secondary pressure reducing valve and a primary filter.
6. With S type temperature thermocouple, the detection temperature can be up to 1700 degrees. The material of the thermocouple is platinum-rhodium alloy, it has long life, high precision.
7. Equipped with wind pressure and gas pressure switch and chain control to avoid misoperation accidents, the switch is made by American HONEYWELL brand
8. The burner adopts long flame burner, which is made of stainless steel, long life and full combustion.
