INTRODUCTION OF PRODUCTS:
Foundry ladle is mainly used for pouring operation. After the raw material metal is melted into liquid in the smelting furnace,they will be transfered from the furnace to the ladle. Then the ladle will be transported by the fork lift car to the mould site. With a metal hook, the ladle is hang up. As for the small ladle 1t-3t, we can control it to pour the liquid metal into the mold in the sand box by a manual wheel. As for the larger ladle containing up to 10tons, it can be automatic electronical controlled to pour the melting iron.
The worm gear applied for transmission in the foundry ladle is safe and reliable, the worm gear tooth is casted of bronze. The worm is made of 45# quenching steel. Precision machining, reasonable design can prohibit "kowtow" phenomenon during pouring. The special spray proof equipment is fixed to stop the iron water spraying into the gear box effectively.
